Update: T-Mobile has added one more bonus deal for Mother’s day this year: A $200 port-in credit.

New or existing customers who add a new line to a Magenta MAX or other premium plan and port their number in from a competitor will get a $200 credit on their bill.

A $200 credit on your bill is pretty great. Unfortunately standard rate plans like Magenta aren’t eligible.

This offer begins May 6th along with the other offers below.

Mother’s Day will soon be upon us, and T-Mobile will offer a few deals to mark the occasion.

A “Mother’s Day Deal” is a popular topic among T-Mobile’s customer base since last year, when T-Mobile offered up a free iPhone 12 with eligible trade-in, no new line required. It was quite a good deal, and was a popular topic online at the time. Customers have been eager to find out what this year’s deals will be.

According to a document shared with us here at The T-Mo Report, shared below, this year T-Mobile will offer two deals for Mother’s Day, but they aren’t quite as spectacular as a free iPhone.

The first deal is a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE for $99 when you add a line. It’s actually a great deal if you’re already planning to add a line to your account. For those who have all the lines they need, however, it’s likely to be disappointing. On the plus side, no trade-in device is required to get this deal.

The second deal is a $0 down payment offer on Apple AirPods Pro or Beats True Wireless earbuds. “Well qualified” customers can buy either of these on an installment plan and pay $0 up front (plus taxes).

The document also mentions the currently available iPhone 13 On Us promotion which began April 21st. That promotion requires both an eligible trade-in and a new line.

Additionally, T-Mobile has set up a Mother’s Day “Tech Gift Guide” on their website showcasing existing promotions already available.

That appears to be it for Mother’s Day deals this year. It’s possible T-Mobile could add another deal at the last minute, but it’s unlikely. The offers above will be available beginning May 6th.
