It looks like T-Mobile really wants customers on device installment plans, and this new promo proves it.

According to an internal document shared with The T-Mo Report, embedded below, beginning September 3rd, all T-Mobile customers that are eligible for Equipment Installment Plans (EIPs) will get $0 down on a few select devices. This stacks with those device’s existing promos.

The 64GB iPhone 12 mini, 64GB iPhone 11, Samsung Galaxy A12, and T-Mobile REVVL 5G are the devices included in this promo. This means that any customer who buys one of these devices on EIP will have $0 down regardless of their credit class.

Customers only need to have the available credit line with T-Mobile, called “Equipment Credit Available”, to cover the cost of the device. The full price of the device will then be split across 24 months.

These devices also have existing promos. For example, if a new customer switches to T-Mobile, they can port in their number on a new line, trade in an eligible device (or get a Magenta MAX plan), and get the iPhone 12 mini for free via 24 months of bill credits. With this new promotion, that customer will also be guaranteed to have no down payment up front. The iPhone 11 has a similar promotion.

The Samsung Galaxy A12 and REVVL 5G are both free with a new line, and now that purchase would include $0 down. To see T-Mobile’s current promotions on these devices, visit their phones page here and see the magenta text above the devices.

Customers looking to get $0 down on these phones can do so, regardless of credit class, starting September 3rd.
