T-Mobile Tuesday deals are what most people might describe as “mid” nowadays, with coupons for free food with minimum spends to percentage off deals on things most people aren’t interested in.
One thing T-Mobile does do right, though, is the occasional free physical item handed out at corporate stores. There’s a new one coming up soon, and it ties in perfectly with the release of this year’s MLB.TV deal.
Which hat will you choose?
According to sources within T-Mobile, there will be free hats offered on Tuesday, March 24th, to postpaid T-Mobile customers. The hats are all black with a simple message across the front. The only sign of a T-Mobile logo is a small patch on the side of the hat.
Interestingly, there will be at least four different variants of the hat, with different messages on each. We’ve got images of each hat below, but for simplicity here are the four possibilities:
- Stadium food critic
- Fueled by hot dogs
- Big league energy
- Call me up
Other than the subjectively awkward phrases, the hats look to be high quality. There’s a premium metal adjustment piece along the back, and the quality of the hat overall seems decent.
The freebie comes on the same day that the free MLB.TV subscription will be offered in the T-Life app. Score access to free baseball games and wear a free hat alongside it!

As for if you can pick and choose what hat you get, it will probably depend on the employee you run into and if the store is busy or not. Otherwise, you might just be handed whatever’s grabbed in the box.
