T-Mobile is gearing up for another giveaway via the T-Mobile Tuesday program, and this time it’ll help light up the darkness.
Customers can soon get their hands on a nice T-Mobile branded flashlight. Whether you redeem through the T-Mobile app or the basically identical T-Life app, time to mark your calendars for a new physical in-store giveaway.
T-Mobile Tuesday physical giveaways have been on a tear lately, with an average of one per month since June. It started with a color-changing cup, followed by a pickleball set and a stadium seat cushion, and now the flashlight. The Mobile Report has received several photos of the giveaway.
In a communication to stores, T-Mobile states:
We’re brightening our customers’ day with this free rechargeable flashlight!
Here’s the scoop:
-Find a safe place to keep these under wraps until the in-store offer date.
-Offer and timing details can be found in the HUB.
-Hold until after store opening on the assigned Tuesday to hand out to customers.
-Verify the customer redeemed the offer in T-Mobile Tuesdays before issuing this item.
-Let’s always put your customers first and reserve this swag for them!
-Don’t miss the opportunity to let customers know about our current promotions and products while they are in the store!
The flashlight does come with a few nifty features.
The light will have a 250mAh internal rechargeable battery. The flashlight plugs directly into the wall to charge – no USB cables to fiddle with to get yours ready for a night stroll.
It is unclear if the plug can be tucked or rotated into the light when in use, but that’s probably the case.
The company who supplied the giveaway has their site etched on the side as well, Eagle Promotions.
Finally, there are two light modes: a standard pointed light, and also a strip of LED lights on the side.
The free flashlights will be available for redemption and pickup on Tuesday, September 17th. Be aware that only corporate-owned stores and Metro by T-Mobile stores will carry this freebie.
