T-Mobile is rolling out another great promo for new Home Internet customers: a $50 virtual rebate card when you sign up.
The offer, which comes via an internal document shared with The T-Mo Report, is pretty simple. Starting January 6th, new Home Internet or Small Business Internet customers who sign up can claim a promo for a free $50 virtual rebate card.
The card will arrive within 30 days of signup to the email account used for activation. If a customer adds Home Internet to their existing T-Mobile account, the card will arrive both via email and SMS.
T-Mobile’s Home Internet has been gaining customers like crazy since its official launch last year. The service offers an average speed of around 100 Mbps down and upwards of 600+ Mbps in some areas. Their Home Internet Gateways (which are due to be upgraded soon) connect to both LTE and 5G, and is compatible with both T-Mobile’s Extended Range 5G as well as their “best of both worlds” mid-band N41 5G. It’s all included at a flat $50 per month rate.
Customers who sign up for T-Mobile Home Internet can also snag a free T-Vision HUB at signup. The Android-based device connects to your TV via HDMI and offers all the streaming apps you could need. It also includes a remote.
This isn’t the first Home Internet rebate T-Mobile has offered. Just last month, the carrier offered a $150 rebate after 60 days. It’s unclear if both promos will run consecutively or not.
Customers interested in the $50 rebate card promotion can sign up for Home Internet starting on January 6th. From there, enter the promo code “2021HINTP17” on T-Mobile’s promotions website along with the phone number associated with your account. You’ll have 30 days to submit the promotion code online in order to qualify for the rebate card.
