Winter is coming. No, really—October is coming to a close, and Winter is closer than you think, which means it’s time for the cold (and for some, snow).
You’ll want to keep a jacket handy, and, of course, some gloves to keep yourself warm when the time comes. They can’t help you with the jacket (yet?), but T-Mobile can certainly help you with the gloves. How, exactly? Through the company’s excellent T-Mobile Tuesdays program, of course.
After last month’s very handy flashlight, T-Mobile Tuesdays’ next upcoming freebie is a pair of fuzzy, comfortable gloves. The gloves themselves are full-finger gloves with a black palm and a fuzzy gray outside with a design.
These are no high-end fancy gloves, but for what it’s worth, they’re actually pretty. They feature a white, black, and magenta pattern on top as well as a knitted cuff with a T-Mobile tag.
The best part, and what makes them an obvious giveaway item for T-Mobile, is that these are touch-compatible gloves. That means you can use your phone while wearing them with no issues.
Unlike some other products offered through T-Mobile Tuesdays these might not make you look like a walking billboard—the magenta is pretty reminiscent of T-Mobile as a brand but other than that, there aren’t any gigantic logos or branding. Even if there was, they’re gloves—they’re not that visible at a first glance unless you go looking at everyone’s hands.
Interestingly, this is the second Tuesdays item that we’re aware of that will have two options for customers, with the first being pride socks last year. The gloves come in a “Small/Medium” and a “Large/XL” size, meaning customers should be sure to request the right ones when visiting their store to pick them up.
How do you claim these freebies? Like past T-Mobile Tuesday items, you’ll need to go into the T-Life app and claim the perk. From there, you’ll need to visit your closest T-Mobile physical location, where a rep should hand you your gloves. Remember, only corporate-owned stores will carry physical freebie items moving forward, so plan accordingly.
The touchscreen gloves will be available starting on Tuesday, November 12th. Be sure to keep an eye out for them in the T-Life app around that date.
