Looking to drop cable? If you’re sick of your local ISP and have been waiting for a good alternative at a good price, T-Mobile might have the deal for you.
T-Mobile Home Internet uses the carrier’s 5G to provide high-speed internet via a gateway provided by the company. It’s a plug-and-play internet-in-a-box solution, and the latest offer from the company is worth looking into.
An internal document, which was shared with us here at The Mobile Report, details the new offer.
Customers with at least one postpaid voice line are eligible to add a line of unlimited 5G Home Internet for just $30 per month. The discount is applied as a monthly credit of $30 per month and requires autopay to be enabled to hit the $30 price point.
The discount is a rare one at T-Mobile, because typically the best promotions are tied to customers with premium voice plans. The company has already been offering Home Internet to voice line customers at $35 per month for a little while now, and even that was for a limited time.
Not only is the price great, but customers that sign up can get a free 40″ HD Amazon Fire TV 2-Series (a $249.99 value) or a $150 prepaid Mastercard with purchase.
There are very few catches with this one, too. Customers must have at least one paid voice line on any postpaid plan, and that line can’t have any discounts other than insider. That means if your only voice line is a line with, say, hometown discount, you won’t be eligible.
In addition, customers that have cancelled Home Internet in the last 90 days won’t be eligible unless they reactivate that line first, and then add another one on top.
This discount pairs nicely with the amazing Pixel 9 promo to make a pretty surprising set of gifts for those on legacy T-Mobile plans.
The $30 per month deal begins November 27th. You can sign up online after that date or via any of T-Mobile’s sales channels. You can also check out T-Mobile’s other Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals here.
