We’ve received word that starting this month the “Team of Experts” (TEX) support channel will begin returning to “in-market”. This means when you contact TEX (via in-app chat or call) they will be your personal and local team of around 40-48 people.
Team of Experts was introduced in 2018 to bring “Real People, Not Robots” to customer support. Around March 2020 TEX was adjusted to take calls and messages from all over the country to work around increased volume and the impacts on staffing as a result of COVID-19.
