The FCC’s Emergency Broadband Benefit program is now available for signup. Qualified households can save up to $50/mo on their T-Mobile bill, or up to $75/mo for households on Native American land.
To check and see if you qualify, visit the Emergency Broadband Benefit site here. If eligible, fill out the forms here.
Once eligibility is confirmed and you’re signed up with the FCC, visit the T-Mobile EBB site and complete an enrollment application. You must be on an eligible T-Mobile, Sprint, Metro by T-Mobile, or T-Mobile prepaid wireless plan or a T-Mobile Home Internet customer to qualify.
The Emergency Broadband Benefit is a program by the FCC that provides a temporary discount on monthly broadband bills for qualifying low-income households. The program was created as part of the COVID-19 relief package passed by Congress in December.
