Samsung has announced the Galaxy S25 line of devices, keeping to their annual tradition of an S-series refresh. Better processing power, bigger AI emphasis, and camera improvements for both clarity and audio sets the bar for wireless devices in 2025.
The phone has the expected three variants. The S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra are all ready in multiple colors vying for precious space in your pocket. The S25 and S25+ are available in Icyblue, Navy, Silver Shadow, and Mint. The S25 Ultra is available in Titanium Black, Titanium Silverblue, Titanium Gray, and Titanium Whitesilver.
AT&T took a stance to put their customers first earlier this month with the AT&T Guarantee. To paraphrase, this means three great benefits for their wireless customers:
- Bill credit for a day of service if you experience 60 minutes or more of an outage
- The best device offers for new and existing customers, regardless of rate plan
- A reward card if you can’t reach technical support within 5 minutes or they miss a callback
That second point comes into play for the company’s S25 promotions. Here’s how.
AT&T Wants A Samsung Galaxy S25 In Your Hands
AT&T is offering any of the new Galaxy S25 models for $0 per month with an eligible trade-in. These deals are, as usual, offered as bill credits over a 36-month period.
One catch is you must be on the AT&T Unlimited Starter SL plan or higher for the deal. Which, if you obtain service today, is their lowest regular rate plan offering, in line with the AT&T Guarantee. Both new and existing customers get the deal.
- Galaxy S25: Trade-in any Galaxy S, Z, or Note series smartphone from any year, in any condition, and receive up to $800 off of the S25.
- Galaxy S25+: Trade-in any Galaxy S, Z, or Note series smartphone from any year, in any condition, and receive up to $1000 off of the S25.
- Galaxy S25 Ultra: Trade-in any Galaxy S, Z, or Note series smartphone from any year, in any condition, and receive up to $800 off of the S25.
AT&T is pretty generous here, accepting eligible devices in any condition. That’s pretty sweet.
The device is financed on your bill for three years, but credited for that financed amount for the entire period. Go the full three years, and you’re out without having paid for the device. You’ll only have paid sales tax and any applicable upgrade/activation fees. Leave AT&T or terminate the deal early, and the remaining balance becomes due. Since financing is how to get the deal, a credit check will be required if you are a new customer.
The AT&T Next Up add-on is available for an additional $10 per month with the deal. This allows you to upgrade to a different device after just one installment has hit your bill. You can do this a maximum of 3 times per 12-month period.
