Among the chaos that is today’s numerous price increases for legacy T-Mobile customers, the company is also quietly increasing the price of their Go5G 55 plans starting May 23rd.
According to confirmed tips shared with us here at The Mobile Report, T-Mobile’s Go5G 55 plans, including the Plus and Next variations, will jump in price by roughly $5 per line (or more for single-line plans).
The new pricing will be as follows:
- Go5G 55
- 1 line – $60/mo with AutoPay
- 2 lines – $90/mo with AutoPay
- lines 3 and 4 – +$45/mo each with AutoPay
- Go5G Plus 55:
- 1 line – $75/mo with AutoPay
- 2 lines – $110/mo with AutoPay
- lines 3 and 4 – +$55/mo each with AutoPay
- Go5G Next 55:
- 1 line – $85/mo with AutoPay
- 2 lines – $130/mo with AutoPay
- lines 3 and 4 – +$65/mo each with AutoPay
Interestingly, the Essentials Choice 55 plan, the lowest tier version of the 55+ plan, does not appear to be receiving a price increase.
Overall it’s a dark day for T-Mobile customers, but at least this particular increase will only apply to new customers moving forward.
