It appears some users are having issues receiving SMS shortcodes for two-factor authentication.
Over on reddit here, here, and here, users are complaining that they are unable to receive one-time codes from services such as Capital One, the IRS, PayPal, and more.
No official word on how widespread the issue is or if a fix is or will be implemented soon. So far it appears only a small number of customers are affected.
