Team - Hope everyone is doing great out there! I wanted to take a moment to provide everyone an update on what's happening with our T-Life journey and where we're going next! I know it's been a while since you've heard from me on this topic. First, all of the transactions that are happening in T-Life continue to show superior customer satisfaction. Our T-Life transformation is, at the highest order, about perfecting the customer experience and modernizing ways of serving customers and finally graduating those old worn out 1990s legacy systems. If we're not driving a better customer experience with T-Life, we're off-mission. The great news is that we are! There are 30% fewer calls to Customer Care when a new customer joins T-Mobile through T-Life. We're seeing more new account revenue when transacting in T-Life vs. legacy systems because of the consistent T-Life journey flow. We're seeing, on average, a 25% faster system transaction time for T-Life upgrades with 50% fewer clicks. And for add-a-lines, there's a five-percentage point advantage in transactional NPS when transacted in T-Life vs. the legacy systems. This is exactly the kind of progress we want to see. Now, we know there's even more enhancements that we need to deliver and our Product and Engineering teams are urgently all over that. They are consistently releasing updates to make the T-Life experience even better. As always, any of us are standing by for your feedback on how to make T-Life better. In fact, in 30 minutes, we'll be doing a Winners Circle Town Hall from Las Vegas and I'll put my bets on getting T-Life feedback from our highest performers! OK, so what? Well, some big news that I wanted to share early with all of you. In July, we are planning to have 100% of consumer upgrade and 100% of consumer add-a-line transactions now eligible in T-Life. Getting to 100.00% will be a huge milestone and one that we'll celebrate! As a result of that milestone, I'm pleased to tell you that, on August 1, we are planning to remove systems access to legacy systems for these transactions which will default move us to moving 100% to T-Life and achieving 100% in our T-Life success metric. Every upgrade and add-a-line transaction whether done in a store, over the phone, from the couch, wherever, will be done exclusively in T-Life as of August 1. Of course, plans can change and that date might change, but that's the date we're planning on and our Product and Engineering teams have been tremendous over the last year at achieving their planned release dates. And yes, that's August 1 of 2026! :) For new accounts, we plan to do the same thing before October 1 (more to come as we get closer to that date). If you've embraced T-Life (and almost all of you have because we're 75%+ T-Life Success Rates already), this will make it easier for you because we'll have one common platform that we're exclusively using -- T-Life. If you're a hard-core resistor to T-Life, time's up because we'll be removing systems access as of July 31! Dramatically improved customer satisfaction. Faster ways of serving customers. Deepening customer relationships. That's what we're about! I can't thank our field teams enough for all of the great T-Life momentum so far. Now, we need to do our part and help you by removing the extra multi-system complexity and fully aligning all ways of selling and serving behind T-Life. Don't worry, we'll continue to have our Expert Assist capabilities in place too. Look for more updates as we get closer to August 1st! Thank you! Jon Freier
